A little about me
Hello! I'm Samantha — a licensed therapist who believes deeply in the resilience of the people I work with. My work began in residential treatment in 2015, and since then I've been privileged to support individuals through some of the hardest chapters of their lives.
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arizona (2018), and I am licensed as an LCPC in Nevada, an LMHC in Washington, an LCMHC in Utah, and an LPC in Idaho.
I'm also a certified yoga instructor (YogaFit 100-Hour Warrior Program), which informs my body-based, holistic approach to healing. I bring warmth and humor to my work — therapy doesn't have to feel heavy all the time.
My practice is 100% virtual, which means I can work with clients anywhere in Nevada, Utah, Washington, or Idaho from the comfort of your own space.

My Philosophy
How I work
I believe that healing is not a straight line — and that's okay. My approach is collaborative, curious, and compassionate. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, adapting the work to fit what you need in any given season of your healing journey.
I specialize in working with women, teen girls (14+), and individuals navigating trauma, disordered eating, anxiety, and depression. I create a space that is affirming, non-judgmental, and grounded in respect for your autonomy.
"Healing is possible, and you do not have to do it alone."
Training & Methods
Therapeutic Modalities
EMDR — Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
EMDR is a structured therapy that helps people heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that result from disturbing life experiences. Rather than focusing on changing the emotions, thoughts, or behaviors that result from trauma, EMDR allows the brain to resume its natural healing process.
Learn more →DBT — Dialectical Behavior Therapy
DBT is a cognitive-behavioral treatment that emphasizes the psychosocial aspects of therapy. The four core skill sets — Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness — provide a practical toolkit for navigating difficult emotions and situations.
Learn more →Parts & Memory Therapy
This approach recognizes that we all carry inner subpersonalities shaped by our experiences. By exploring and understanding these "parts," we can identify and work through the patterns that block healing and wholeness.
Learn more →Intuitive Eating
Intuitive Eating is an evidence-based, mind-body health approach comprising 10 principles. It sits at the heart of Samantha's eating disorder recovery work — moving away from diet culture and toward a compassionate, body-trusting relationship with food.
Learn more →Mindfulness & Yoga
Drawing on Samantha's 100-hour YogaFit Warrior yoga training, this approach integrates body-based awareness and relaxation practices into therapy. Mindfulness grounds us in the present; movement reconnects us to our bodies.
