Do you take insurance?

Yes! I accept Aetna, Meritain, United, Optum, UMR, Surest, Premera, Anthem, First Choice, and Kaiser PPO. If your plan is not listed, I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Are sessions in-person or virtual?

All sessions are 100% virtual via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. This means you can attend from anywhere in Nevada, Utah, Washington, or Idaho.

Do I need to be an existing client to join a DBT group?

No. The DBT group is open to any qualifying participant — you do not need to be an individual therapy client of Samantha's.

What ages do you work with?

I work with teen girls ages 14 and up, as well as adult women. Both individual therapy and DBT groups are available for these populations.

What if I use Modern Health through my employer?

If your employer provides Modern Health as a benefit and you'd like to work with me through that program, please reach out through the Modern Health client portal rather than this form.
