Individual therapy at Resilient Rise is a collaborative, 50-minute virtual session tailored entirely to you. I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities — choosing approaches that fit your specific needs, goals, and nervous system.

Specializations

Trauma & PTSD

Complex trauma, childhood trauma, relational trauma, and PTSD — using EMDR, Parts & Memory Therapy, and somatic approaches.

Eating Disorders

Anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, orthorexia, and disordered eating patterns — grounded in Intuitive Eating and weight-inclusive care.

Anxiety

Generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, and worry — using CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches to reduce the grip anxiety has on your life.

Depression

Navigating low mood, grief, and the heavy weight of depression with evidence-based tools and a warm, supportive therapeutic relationship.

Anger

Understanding anger as information and developing healthy pathways for expression, regulation, and communication.

Who I See

Individual therapy is available for teen girls ages 14 and up and adult women. All sessions are 100% virtual via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Currently accepting clients in Nevada, Utah, Washington, and Idaho.

This structured, 16-week virtual group program teaches Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills across four modules — one per month. Groups are intentionally small (capped at 8 participants) to ensure everyone receives attention and the group feels safe.

You do not need to be an individual therapy client of Samantha's to join — the group is open to any qualifying participant.

The Four Skill Modules

Month 1

Mindfulness

Learning to observe and describe your experience without judgment — the foundation of all DBT skills.

Month 2

Emotional Regulation

Understanding, labeling, and changing unwanted emotions. Reducing vulnerability to emotional mind.

Month 3

Distress Tolerance

Crisis survival strategies and radical acceptance — getting through difficult moments without making things worse.

Month 4

Interpersonal Effectiveness

Building and maintaining healthy relationships, setting limits, and holding onto self-respect.

Out-of-Network Services

If you have insurance coverage with a provider not listed above, I can provide a statement (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. It is your responsibility to verify out-of-network benefits and coverage.

Modern Health

I work with clients through Modern Health employer benefit programs. If your employer provides Modern Health as a benefit, please reach out through the Modern Health client portal rather than this website.

Payment Methods

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Please reach out with any questions about fees or payment options.
